Flow into Stillness: Taichi  Workshop ( Outdoor with weather permitting)

Join us for a morning of mindful movement, breath, and inner stillness in the open air hopefully.

This workshop is a continuous journey—from gentle warm-up to flowing form, all the way into deep stillness. We’ll move together in one uninterrupted wave, allowing the body to soften, the breath to guide, and the mind to quiet.

  • Grounding warm-up to awaken the body
  • Continuous, flowing Tai Chi movement from start to finish
  • Emphasis on fluidity, breath, and inner awareness
  • Closing with a meditative stillness to absorb the practice

This is not about learning steps—it’s about feeling the form, letting go of effort, and moving with presence. Whether you’re new to Tai Chi or have practiced before, you’re welcome to join this gentle, intuitive exploration.

Pranayama Yoga Workshop

In this special two-hour workshop, we’ll explore the ancient practice of pranayama—the yogic art of conscious breathing. Through gentle movement and guided breathwork, we will  calm our nervous system, and reconnect with our inner rhythm.

This workshop is an invitation to slow down, soften, and listen. Through gentle, intuitive movement and breath-led awareness, we’ll explore how the body holds tension, emotion, and memory—and how it can also be the gateway to release, resilience, and renewal.
