Our classes with Hsin in Beckenham are small, allowing you experience high-quality classes. You will feel you are a part of the small community, where we turely get to know each other and grow together through our yoga practice. Why is Slow?

Our Yoga and TaiChi Qigong classes in Beckenham follow a slow pace, where poses are held a little bit longer. The approach is aimed at helping people connect and feel their physical body during the poses and also directing their awareness inward. This allows students to observe and fully experience in the present moment.

Monday Gentle Yoga TaiChi to Yin 18:30-19:45 All levels are welcome 

In this unique class, we will experience the warm up gentle yoga, calming effects of Qigong, and the meditation of Yin yoga.

By combining these three practices, i will leave you feeling balanced, rejuvenated, and deeply relaxed. This class is suitable for anyone looking to deepen their mind-body connection and reduce stress levels.

Tuesday Strong Slow Yoga 19:00-20:00 All levels are welcome 

Our Tuesday class focuses on integrating body, mind, breath, and movement, offering a grounding practice that meets you where you are. Whether you’re revisiting the foundations or deepening your practice, the pace and intensity adapt to your energy level that day.

Wednesday Gentle Yoga and Qigong 18:30-19:30 All levels are welcome 

Looking for a mid-week pick-me-up? Join us for our Wednesday evening Qigong and Mindful Movement yoga class! This half-way point in the week is the perfect time to take a break, slow down, and connect with your body.

Saturday Improver Soulful Theme Slow Yoga 9:15-10:45    

Unwind, Recharge, and Elevate Your Energy.

Our Soulful class goes beyond just physical movement. We begin with a heartfelt theme discussion in a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can set an intention aligned with the theme. From there, we move, breathe, and flow with mindful awareness, allowing the practice to unfold naturally. We close with a blissful savasana, where all the energy and calm we’ve cultivated can fully integrate.

This class is designed to help you deepen your connection to yourself and your practice. Come unwind and leave feeling balanced, recharged, and at peace.

Saturday Yoga Basics 11:00-12:00 All levels are welcome 

Join me a class with an introduction for all ages and abilities to learn yoga poses and enhance your physical, mental, and emotional health. Find inner peace and balance through a journey of health and well-being.

Block booking terms and conditions:

As class sizes are limited, I operate on a ‘first-come, first-served’ booking policy. I encourage a commitment to practice by purchasing a block of 6 sessions, which must be taken consecutively. If you miss a class, I will send you an recording. Please note that there will be no refund with less than 24 hours notice with drop-in classes.

You daily schedule simply doesn’t fit in with any Yoga class timetables. This class is good for friends, neighbours and colleagues. Just arrange the time and place. You can have fun together and get more attention than in a big class.
