What to expect from a assessment session?
It’s 60 mins session, during an assessment session, you can expect the information about you and your current situation. This may include discussing your reasons for seeking counselling, your personal history, current challenges or concerns, and any goals you may have for therapy. you may be asked questions to better understand your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, as well as any significant events or relationships in your life.
Additionally, the session provides an opportunity for you to ask questions about the counselling process, discuss any concerns you may have, and see if the counselor’s approach is a good fit for you. Overall, the goal of the assessment session is to establish a foundation for your counselling journey and develop a plan that addresses your needs and goals.

If an appointment is cancelled/changed or moved with fewer than twenty-hour hours’ notice the full fee will be charged for the original appointment.
