- Monday 9:30-10:30:00 Hatha Yoga (Suitable for beginners and people who prefer less strenuous yoga or are returning to yoga after a long break or with minor mobility constrains )
- Monday 18:30-19:45 Yang Yin Yoga
- Wednesday 9:30-10:45 Rise and Stretch Yoga (No class 16/9)
- Wednesday 18:00-19:00 Flow Yoga (No class 23/9)
- Saturday 9:30-11:00 Align and Shine Yoga
- A computer/ipad with functioning camera microphone. A laptop is better
- A good internet connection
- Your own practice Space with or without mat without disturbing from your family

Once you have booked a class, I will email you the details to join the live platform. You may cancel a pre-booked class up to 2 hours before the class. If you do not cancel, you will be charged. Classes are non-transferable.
