These sessions are for anyone who feels overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected—and senses that words alone don’t fully capture what’s happening.
We slow down, pause, and work with what is present. Using embodied awareness, gentle movement, breath, and mindful exploration, we support meaningful change that resonates in both body and mind.
Each session is intuitive, relational, and fully attuned to your pace. Rooted in humanistic counselling (MA, University of Nottingham) and shaped by years of embodied practice, movement, and personal exploration, this work allows your body to speak, and your mind to integrate what arises.
How It Works
Rather than following a fixed method, every session is a co-created process. I meet you where you are, and together we explore:

Life experiences that feel unresolved or stuck
Through a mix of approaches—including person-centred and Gestalt therapy, psychodrama, mindfulness, meditation, somatic practices, and creative expression—we create a space where your experiences can be embodied, felt, and transformed.
