About Hsin

I used to think my job was to help people change.

Over time, I realized something important: real change doesn’t come from trying to fix or push. It actually comes from listening, noticing, and giving yourself space.

This curiosity led me to explore how we live in our bodies, and what happens when we slow down enough to truly feel what’s there.

My background includes yoga, qigong, somatic bodywork, and holistic counselling. But I don’t separate life into methods — what I offer comes from years of practice, observation, and working with real people in real moments.

In my sessions, I create a space to pause, breathe, and notice what’s happening beneath the surface. Sometimes that means gentle movement. Sometimes it’s stillness. Sometimes it’s a quiet conversation that helps things settle.

Everything is guided by the body, the breath, and what is present in that moment.

I’m here to hold a space where your body can be heard, your energy can flow, and you can reconnect with yourself — slowly, safely, and fully.
