Private Sessions 1-1

Sometimes the body knows before the mind does.
Sometimes a shift in posture, a breath, or a small movement can reveal something unexpected — tension that has been held for years, a new way of moving, or a deeper sense of presence.

This is the heart of my 1‑1 private sessions: fully responsive, guided by your body, and unfolding in the moment.

What happens in a session?

Each session is unique. You may come for Tai Chi, yoga, simply to reconnect with your body or any others reasons and what unfolds may surprise you.

Some sessions include:

  • Somatic awareness and body listening

  • Movement

  • Posture adjustments and alignment

  • Breathwork and nervous system regulation

  • Stillness or quiet observation

  • Sometimes conversation to support awareness

There is no fixed sequence, no “one-size-fits-all.” Each session follows your body and energy, responding to what is present that day.

  • Release tension and stored patterns

  • Reconnect with its natural rhythms

  • Explore movement and awareness at your pace

  • Support the nervous system and energy flow

It’s not a class, and it’s not counselling.
It’s your body in focus, gently guiding what the session needs that day.
