
Why small classes?
Becuase they feel personal and intimate. In our Beckenham classes with Hsin, You are not another face int he crowd, you are part of a small and supportive community. We take time to get to know each other, and we grow together through our practice. Classes are friendly and welcoming for all levels. You’ll get individual attention, so even in a group, it can feel like a private session.
Why Slow?
Because slow helps us feel. Our Yoga and TaiChi Qigong classes move at a gentle pace. We hold poses a little longer and invite you to really feel your body, your breath, and your inner world. This way, you can connect more deeply with yourself and the present moment.
✨ Weekly Class Schedule
Monday — TaiChi to Yin
🕡 18:30–19:45 | All levels welcome
A soft arrival into the body, flowing Qigong to circulate energy, and settle into the quiet Yin. This class help you unwind, rebalance, and return home to yourself.
Tuesday — Hatha Yoga
🕖 19:00–20:00 | All levels welcome
This class focused on building strength and deepening mind-muscle connection. To use props like wall, belts and blocks, we develop stability, awareness and breath-led resilience. Expect to feel grounded, stronger and more internally connected.
Wednesday — Gentle Stretch & Qigong
🕡 18:30–19:30 | All levels welcome
A quiet pause in the middle of the week. Gentle movement to unwind the body, calm the mind, and return to your natural rhythm.
Saturday — Soulful Theme Slow Yoga
🕘 9:15–10:45 | Improver Level
If you are longing for a deeper conversation with your body,this class offers sapce to explore your inner world with couriosity and awareness. Guided by a weekly theme, we practise yoga not just as movement, but as a way of understaing how we think, feel and live on and off the mat.
Saturday — Yoga Basics

New to yoga, or ready to reconnect with the basics? We move with attention rather than performance, building strength, mobility, and confidence at a pace that supports you.
