Yoga/Qigong Online Classes

You can practise yoga at ease with the comfort of your place. I will guide you into the postures and provide  you with live guidance.
I am also available for online one-to-one / couple / small group / family yoga/ pregnancy private sessions. If there are any areas of practice that you’d like to work on please text me or email. Thanks.

  • Wednesday 18:30-19:30 Gentle Yoga and Qigong
  • Saturday 9:15-10:45 Improver Soulful Theme Slow Yoga
  • Saturday 11:00-12:00 Intuitive Flow Yoga

Need

  • A computer/ipad with functioning camera microphone. A laptop is better
  • A good internet connection
  • Your own practice Space with or without mat without disturbing from your family
  • Yoga block and strap ideal
Once you’ve booked a class, I’ll email you the link to join.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged.
For block bookings, 6 sessions are taken consecutively. If you miss one, I’ll send you a recording.
