Winter Qigong to Yin Workshop: Nourish Your Body and Mind
Sunday 15th Dec, 10:00-12:00 Early bird £40, after 8th Dec £45. Pre-registration and payment required.
This workshop is designed to nourish and restore the body by focusing on the organs and meridian lines associated with winter and the element of water. We will use gentle Qigong movements and deeply restorative Yin poses to stimulate and balance the kidney and bladder meridians, supporting vitality and emotional well-being during the colder months.
2024 Wrap-Up: A Journey Within Workshop

This special workshop offers a time to reflect, release, and set intentions for the year ahead.
We will begin with a creative yoga slow flow and pranayama to release the energy of this year, create space for renewal, and deepen our mind-body connection. And then a ritual walking meditation into a spiral circle will invite reflection, honoring what we have expeirence, letting go, and stepping into a intention for the year ahead.
This workshop offers a powerful combination of breath, movement, and ritual to support you in closing the year with introspection and gratitude and stepping into a new chapter with clarity and intention.
